A Belgian golden strong ale that you'll want to try One More Time. You could go Around The World to find a beer like this, but you don't have to. Order one today and you may Get Lucky!
This chocolate coffee stout was made by our Army Veteran/Brew Master using Tobal chocolate and Dunn Bros. coffee. It is Army Strong and as dark as a soldier’s sense of humor but tastes like a three-day weekend.
This beer was soured with lactobacillus before fermenting to give it a tart flavor. We used lightly kilned base malts and wheat to give it a light body that lets the fruit additions shine. Blackberries, Pomegranate, and lime are the fruits we added to this batch.
A Czech pilsner. Light base malts and some late hops additions make Saaz hops the star of this lager. This beer is easy to drink. We may even put it on the crushable list!
A brown IPA? That makes about as much sense as the mandatory fun days that show up on a soldiers’ drill Schedules! This beer has the hoppy characteristics of an IPA and pairs that with the caramel and bready aromas of Munich malt. It was not mandatory for us to use Yakima Chief’s Veteran’s Blend hops but were glad we did. The woody and dark fruit aromas in the hops make this beer a go to as the weather gets colder and the days get shorter.
The tropical aromas and citrus flavors are what we like best about this IPA. With it’s colorful aromas and loud flavor, it reminded us of Oliver, a spunky little sun conure. Like Oliver (AKA the rainbow chicken) this beer will let you know it is here and it wants your attention.
These are our classic house beers. Like an old friend, they welcome you in no matter how long you have been gone. Times may change but these beers will be here to greet you next time you stop by.
Say hello to our house ale! A tribute to malt with a smooth hop balance. A great session ale with a slight caramel character.
A smooth German style ale with an easy malt body and light hop presence.
Our German style wheat bier. A cloudy ale with hints of clover, coriander and slight banana esters.
Our brew team picks fruit to mix with a keg of our Weiss Bier to create our Bent River Fruit Weiss. Ask what this week's creation is!
A traditional Irish stout as dry and roasty as Old Man Smitty himself. The upfront flavor of this beer is followed by a clean and smooth finish.
***NOW ON NITRO***
An American style cream ale named after mug club member number 001. A light bodied brew with a malty body and a hint of cream on the finish.
