This Berliner Weiss style beer was soured with lactobacillus before it was fermented to give it slightly tart flavor. The weiss style grain bill we used gives this beer a flavor that is more like bread then malt. Blueberries were added to create a beer that is almost purple in color and opaque. It tastes lighter than it looks!
This is an English best bitter beer. It’s noticeable hoppy aromas and a smooth flavor make this beer easy to enjoy. We named this beer after our favorite corgi because it’s red color and beautiful looks remind us of her.
It’s finally time for Jacket Off weather! This hazy IPA is an unfiltered beer with low bitterness and lots of citrus character. We used some of our favorite American hops like Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy to give it fruit forward New England IPA characteristics. It’s light color and citrus aroma make it one of our new favorite beers. So take some time to enjoy a Jacket off today!
